How a project usually runs
- Agree the question. We settle what decision the work should support and what a useful answer looks like.
- Look at the data. I review what you have, check its quality, and tell you early about any limits.
- Build and check. I do the analysis or build the model, and test it before presenting it.
- Hand over. You receive the results in a form your team can use, with the reasoning written down.
Common questions
Power BI or Tableau?
It depends on what your team already uses and licenses. I work in both, and I will tell you honestly if one fits your situation better.
Can you build from Excel or SQL data?
Yes. Excel files and SQL databases are the most common starting points, and I clean and model the data before building any visuals.
How much does a dashboard cost?
It depends on the number of data sources and views. Send me what you have and what you want to see, and I will reply with a clear scope and quote.
Can my team maintain it afterwards?
That is the aim. I design dashboards with a clean model and plain measures so your team can keep using and extending them.
