What the site collects
Contact form. If you send an enquiry, the site receives the details you type in: name, email address, and your message. Company, service of interest, budget and timeline are included if you fill them in. If you only subscribe to updates, the site receives your email address.
Security. To limit spam, the form handler uses your IP address to count requests per hour. This is a temporary counter; the IP address is not saved with your message.
Analytics and cookies. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, your approximate location (country or city), and your device and browser type. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. I use this only to improve the site; it is not used for advertising. You can opt out with your browser's tracking settings, a content blocker, or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site does not run advertising trackers.
What happens to it
- Your form message is sent to my email inbox so I can reply to you. An automatic acknowledgement is sent to the address you gave.
- Email is delivered through the business mailbox hosted by Hostinger, which processes it on my behalf.
- I use your details only to answer your enquiry, discuss a project with you, or send the updates you asked for. I do not sell or rent personal data.
Third-party services
- Hosting: the site is hosted by Hostinger, which receives standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) as part of serving the site.
- Google Analytics: the visit data described above is processed by Google. See Google's privacy policy.
- GitHub: the homepage lists recent public repositories by requesting public data from GitHub in your browser, so GitHub can see your IP address as it would for any visit to its API.
- Links out: GitHub, LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiverr have their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and for ordinary business records. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email hello@zubairlabs.com and I will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under local data protection law.

The case studies on this site use synthetic datasets built for demonstration. They contain no real customer data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
